Safety issue: slippery ladders, electrical risk during lightning. We reschedule to next available day.
High Wind (40+ km/h)
Spray drift, ladder instability. Ground-level work fine. 2nd-floor water-fed pole fine. Ladder work rescheduled.
Below 0°C
Water freezes on glass. Solution freezes. Rubber squeegee stiffens. December-March: no exterior cleaning in Toronto.
