Do you charge by the hour or flat rate?
Always flat rate. We quote a fixed price before starting and never charge more — even if the job takes longer than expected. Hourly billing incentivizes rushing. Flat-rate incentivizes quality.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Your quote includes everything: labour, equipment, materials, travel, and cleanup. No screen fees, no "hard water" surcharges, no trip charges. The number on your quote is the number on your invoice.
Do you offer bundle discounts?

Do you clean inside and outside?
Both options available. Exterior-only is our most popular (90% of grime is outside). Interior + exterior includes both sides of every window, plus tracks and sills. Interior adds 50-60% to the price.
How often should I clean my windows?
Most homes: 2x/year (spring + fall). Heavy canopy/lakefront/highway homes: 3x/year. For always-perfect windows: quarterly. Spring cleaning (May) gives the most dramatic before/after difference. Best timing guide →
Will rain ruin my freshly cleaned windows?
Not with ClearCoat™. Purified-water-cleaned windows have no mineral film for rain to activate. Light rain on ClearCoat™ windows has zero visible effect. Only heavy, wind-driven rain with dirt particles will cause spots — and that affects any window regardless of cleaning method.
Do you clean screens and tracks?
Screens: removed, washed, and replaced — included in interior + exterior pricing. For exterior-only, screen cleaning can be added for $3-5/screen. Tracks and sills: included in interior + exterior. Exterior-only includes a basic sill wipe.
Can you remove hard water stains?

How often should gutters be cleaned?
Minimum 2x/year: late spring (May-June, after seed drop) and late fall (November, after leaf drop). Near mature trees/ravines: 3x/year. Neglected gutters cause foundation damage, basement flooding, fascia rot, and ice dams — $5,000-15,000+ in repairs. Full guide →
Do you clean downspouts too?
Yes — every gutter cleaning includes full downspout flushing. Clogged downspouts are the most common cause of gutter overflow. We flush every downspout with water and confirm free flow before leaving.
Do gutter guards eliminate the need for cleaning?
No. Guards reduce debris but don't eliminate maintenance. Fine debris, pine needles, shingle grit, and seeds pass through or accumulate on top of every guard type. We clean both the guards and gutters underneath. Most guarded gutters still need 1-2 cleanings per year. Gutter guards guide →
What do you do with the debris?
All gutter debris is collected, bagged, and removed from your property. We never leave debris on your lawn, garden, or driveway. Your property looks better when we leave than when we arrived.
💦 Pressure Washing
Can pressure washing damage my interlock?
Only if done incorrectly. Too much pressure erodes joint sand, loosens pavers, and can crack edges. We use controlled PSI (1,200-1,800 for interlock vs. 3,000+ that amateurs use), fan nozzles, and professional polymeric sand re-application after cleaning. Interlock safety guide →
What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing uses water force (1,500-3,000+ PSI) to remove dirt. Soft washing uses low pressure (under 500 PSI) with biodegradable cleaning solutions to kill algae, mould, and bacteria. We use soft washing on roofs, vinyl siding, stucco, and painted surfaces where high pressure would cause damage. Soft washing →
How long does a driveway take to dry?
Most driveways are dry enough to walk on within 1-2 hours and fully dry within 4-6 hours. Interlock with new polymeric sand needs 24 hours before getting wet (we check the weather forecast before scheduling). We recommend not parking on freshly cleaned concrete for 6 hours.

How far in advance should I book?

Do I need to be home?
Exterior-only: no (just ensure gate access). Interior + exterior: yes. We text 30 minutes before arrival so you can prepare.
What if it rains on my scheduled day?
Light rain: we proceed — ClearCoat™ results are unaffected. Heavy rain/storms: we reschedule at no charge, usually within 1-2 days. We monitor weather and contact you proactively if rescheduling is needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
e-Transfer (preferred), credit card, debit, and cash. Payment upon completion. Recurring plans offer automatic monthly billing. No deposits required for residential jobs.

Will you move my furniture?
For interior cleaning, we work around furniture. We ask that you remove fragile or valuable items from windowsills before our arrival. We'll move lightweight items as needed and replace them after.
