"I got a cheaper quote"
"Makes sense to shop around. Quick question — did they mention if they're fully insured? Do they use purified water or regular tap? A lot of the cheaper guys use tap water which leaves streaks in a few days. We do it once, do it right, and guarantee it. Want me to show you a before/after from a job down the street?"
"I'll think about it"
"Absolutely, take your time. Just so you know, we're booking up quick for April and spots fill fast. If you decide this week, I can lock in the price and we'll schedule whenever works for you. Can I leave you my card? I'll text you the quote so you have it handy."
"I do it myself"
"Respect that — shows you care about your home. The second-storey windows are the tough part though, right? And our purified water system gets results you really can't get with Windex and a squeegee.
