Roofline is $6.00 per linear foot single storey, $8.00 two storey or steep pitch, $10.00 three storey or upper peaks. A typical single-storey home lands around $840 and a typical two-storey around $1,600. Minimum job is $500. Every one of those numbers is the whole season — design, lights, install, in-season repair, January takedown and storage.

Included, and written into the quote you sign in October. You will not get a January invoice, and you won't have to chase us to book it — it's already on our schedule. This is the single most common thing missing from a cheaper quote, so ask whoever you're comparing us to.

No, and that's deliberate. We supply commercial-grade warm white C9 on SPT-2 socket wire, cut to your roofline, and we store it. It means light quality is something we control and something we're accountable for. When a strand fails it costs us money — which is exactly why we don't buy the cheapest spool available.

We'd rather not, and here's the honest reason: retail strands are fixed lengths that won't match your roofline, and when yours fail at 8pm on December 20th it becomes our callout and your disappointment. If you'd still prefer it, call and we'll talk it through rather than just saying no.

Text us and we come out and fix it, usually within 48 hours. No service fee, no deductible, no debate about whose fault it was. Because we use individually replaceable commercial bulbs, one failure never takes out the whole run.

In our storage, labelled with your address, on the same reel they came off. Nothing takes up a shelf in your garage and nothing arrives tangled next November. It's also why renewing is easy — your run is already cut to your house.

Sooner than most people expect. Good GTA installers are booked solid by November 1, and November dates go through the third week of October. We close new bookings on December 1 and we don't make exceptions — overbooking December means failing people who already paid a deposit, and that's not a trade we'll make.

No. Shingle tabs and gutter clips only — nothing nailed, screwed, stapled or drilled. If your gutter is loose or your fascia is soft we'll show you and price around it rather than hanging weight off something that's already failing.

$2M general liability, WSIB covered, Working at Heights certified, and a two-person crew on anything above single storey. We don't install in high wind, active precipitation or on iced surfaces — we reschedule, because there's a weather buffer built into the season for exactly that. And we'll decline a job that can only be done by walking a steep roof. A refused job costs us one deposit; a fall costs everything.

This season is warm white C9 only. One colour done properly beats five colours done from mixed inventory, and warm white is what actually reads as premium from the street at night. If you specifically want multicolour, call and we'll tell you honestly whether we can source it for your date.

50% to book, balance on completion. The deposit covers the commercial lights we cut for your specific roofline before we arrive — they have no resale value on anyone else's house — and it holds your date. E-transfer or card.
