New Door Knocker Onboarding
$5 per booked estimate + 20% commission on closed jobs
You earn $5 for every estimate that gets booked. Whether or not the customer buys — you get paid for the estimate.
When a customer you brought in pays for a job, you get 20% of the job total. A $350 job = $70 to you. On top of the $5 estimate fee.
After your first 25 closed deals, your commission permanently increases to 25%. No cap ever.

Every Friday via e-transfer. Estimate fees are paid weekly. Commissions are paid after the job is completed and customer has paid.
We still knock in light rain. Heavy rain = off day. Shaw will text you by 8 AM if the day is cancelled.
Flexible. Best knocking hours are 10 AM–12 PM and 4 PM–7 PM (when people are home). Minimum 4 hours/day to be effective.
