What if it rains on my service day?
We use purified water (ClearCoat™ system) that dries spot-free, so light rain doesn't affect quality. For heavy storms, we'll reschedule at no cost and notify you by text with a new date within 24 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept e-Transfer (preferred), credit/debit cards, and cash. Payment is due upon completion after you've had a chance to inspect our work.
What's your satisfaction guarantee?
If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll redo it free of charge within 48 hours. If you're still not happy, you don't pay. Period.
How long does window cleaning take?
Most homes take 1.5–3 hours depending on size and number of windows. Interior + exterior typically adds about 30–45 minutes vs exterior only.
Do I need to be home?
Not at all. Just make sure we have access to all areas. We'll text when we arrive, take before/after photos, and text again when complete.
