Pay Schedule
Every Friday by 8 PM. E-transfer to your account. No exceptions, no delays. You see your numbers in real-time through the CRM.
After 25 closed jobs: your commission bumps to 25%. No cap on earnings.

Step 2 โ The Observation (5 seconds)
"I noticed your [front windows / gutters / driveway] could use some attention after the winter โ [mention something specific you see: salt film, pollen, leaves in gutters]."
Step 3 โ The Offer (10 seconds)
"We use a purified water system that leaves zero streaks โ your windows stay cleaner 2-3 times longer than regular cleaning. We're fully insured and we guarantee our work โ if you're not happy, you don't pay."
Step 4 โ The Close (5 seconds)
"Can I get you a free estimate? Takes 2 minutes โ I just need your name and number and we'll text you a price today."
If they say yes: Get name, phone number, email (optional), note the address. Log it in KnockSight immediately. Text Shaw: "๐ NEW ESTIMATE" + details.
If they say no: "No worries! Here's a door hanger in case you change your mind. Have a great day!" Leave hanger, move on. Never argue.

How to Log a Door

- Enter: address, status, homeowner name (if given), phone, notes
- Status options:
- ๐ข Booked โ they agreed to an estimate
- ๐ต Interested โ showed interest but didn't commit
- ๐ก Not Home โ no answer (we'll come back)
- ๐ด Not Interested โ clear no
- Save. Takes 10 seconds. Do it at every door.
Why this matters: Your logged estimates = your pay proof. If it's not in KnockSight, it didn't happen.

What if it rains?
Shaw texts you by 8 AM. Light rain = still knock (we clean in rain). Heavy rain = phone follow-up day from home.
What if someone gets aggressive?
Walk away immediately. "Have a great day!" and leave. Never engage. Text Shaw about the address so we skip it.
What if I can't make a shift?
Text Shaw at least 12 hours before. Things happen โ just communicate. No-shows without notice = you're off the team.
Can I bring a friend to knock?
Yes โ if they're good. Tell Shaw first. They need to read this onboarding page before starting.
What do I wear?
Clean, presentable. MANTLE shirt if you have one. No sweatpants, no headphones, no sunglasses while talking to homeowners.
How do I see my earnings?
Shaw sends weekly summaries every Friday with your numbers. E-transfer same day.
When do I get the 25% commission bump?
After 25 closed jobs from your estimates. Shaw tracks this. No cap on earnings at 25% either.
