How do you handle unit access for interior windows?

We work with you to distribute advance notice to tenants/owners (typically 48-72 hours). We provide a template notice you can customize. For units that aren't accessible, we return at no extra charge on a second pass.

Can you work around occupied units?

Yes. We're experienced with occupied buildings. Exterior work requires no unit access. Interior work is scheduled with advance notice, and we accommodate tenant schedules.

What about parking and equipment access?

We coordinate parking and staging areas in advance. Our equipment is compact and doesn't block common areas for extended periods. We clean up as we go.

Do you provide certificates of insurance?

Yes. $2M general liability certificate emailed within 1 hour of request. We can name your management company or condo corporation as additional insured if required.
