Highland Creek residential. Target: 20-25 doors. Taijon watches from 10 ft back. After each door, quick debrief: "Here's what I did, here's why." Teach the 3-second read.
Debrief over food. Ask what he noticed. Log morning leads in CRM together. Show how to enter address, service, notes.
Shaw knocks first 5, then Taijon knocks 5 with you right there. Jump in if needed. 15-20 more doors. Immediate feedback after each of Taijon's knocks.
Total: 35-45 doors. Debrief. Homework: practice script 10× in mirror. Give him 20 door hangers for tomorrow.
Script from memory test. CRM refresher. Your role: observe from 15-20 ft back. Only intervene if he's drowning.
25-30 doors. You watch silently, take notes. Every 5 doors, give 1-2 pieces of feedback max. Focus: confidence, flow, objection handling.
25-30 more doors. Drop back to car/across street. This simulates April 1. He logs every lead himself. Only approach if he signals.
Review CRM entries. Confirm April 1 plan: streets, times, door hangers. Set goal: 40 doors/day, 3-4 estimates/day. 🎯 Total 2-day target: 70-90 doors, 5-8 estimates.
