We Confirm Your Booking

Once you say yes, you'll get a text confirmation with your date, time window, and what we'll be doing. We'll also send a reminder the day before.

Most jobs are booked within 2-5 business days. Urgent? Let us know — we'll do our best to fit you in sooner.

We Show Up — On Time

Our crew arrives in the scheduled time window. We'll text you when we're on the way. We bring everything we need — you don't have to prepare anything.

For exterior-only work, you don't even need to be home. Just make sure we can access all sides of the house.

We Do the Work

Our team gets to work using professional-grade equipment and our ClearCoat™ purified water system. Zero chemicals, zero residue, zero streaks. Your windows stay cleaner 2-3x longer than a traditional wash.

Typical timelines:
🏠 Bungalow exterior: 45 min – 1.5 hours

Final Walkthrough

When we're done, we do a walkthrough with you (if you're home). We want you to see every window, every gutter, every surface. If something's not perfect, we fix it right then — on the spot.

You Pay — Only If You're Happy

We accept e-Transfer (preferred), cash, or credit/debit card. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you're 100% satisfied.

Before & After Photos

What if it rains on my appointment day?

Light rain doesn't affect our purified water system — we can still clean. If there's heavy rain or a storm, we'll reschedule at no charge and get you in ASAP.

Do I need to be home?

For exterior only — no. Just make sure we can access all sides. For interior work, someone needs to be home to let us in.

Is your team insured?

Yes. We carry $2 million in commercial liability insurance. Your home is fully protected.

Can I add services on the day of?

Absolutely. If you want to add gutter cleaning or pressure washing when we arrive, just ask. We'll give you a price on the spot.
